What about a license?
Rules are different in every state. In some states, like New York, no license is required to operate a laser. Even then, I believe that just because you can does not mean you should. This course is for the woman who wants to do it right, whether or not her state requires it. Ask your state board what you need to work in your state.
When a Black woman walks into your room, you will know which questions to ask and what treatment she needs, and what she does not need.
