PCOS facial hair is not a grooming problem and you cannot out-shave it.

The right tool is Nd:YAG, which travels past melanin instead of into it — safer on your skin, noticeably less painful, and faster than what most clinics run. Any white or grey hairs need electrolysis instead, because laser cannot see a hair with no pigment in it.

The hair is a symptom. If you have not been worked up — periods, insulin, androgens — that conversation belongs with your doctor and not with a cosmetic treatment. I will say so. Treating the hair well and ignoring the cause is half a job.
