LAGRANGE, GEORGIA — BLACK WOMEN WITH UNWANTED FACIAL HAIR
IS YOUR FACIAL HAIR GETTING COARSER AND HARDER TO CONTROL?
Maybe you started with a few chin hairs. Now you’re shaving or plucking your chin, jaw and neck constantly.
Hormonal facial hair is not a six-treatment problem for many women. I treat coarse dark hair on Black skin with long-pulse Nd:YAG 1064 laser and work with you over time.
You don’t have to find a specialist in LaGrange. My treatment room is in Newnan, Georgia.

Common Questions From Women in Lagrange
Is laser hair removal safe for Black skin?
It can be, when the right laser is used by someone with real experience on dark skin. I use a long-pulse Nd:YAG 1064 laser, the type chosen for darker skin, and I begin with a small test area before treating anything larger.
Can laser remove white, gray or blonde hair?
No. Laser needs pigment in the hair, and white, gray, blonde and red hair do not have enough of it. Those hairs are treated with electrolysis. At your consultation I will tell you honestly which hairs laser can treat and which it cannot.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your hair, your skin and your hormones. With PCOS or other hormonal conditions, new hairs can keep appearing, so I explain an honest plan at your consultation. I do not sell fixed packages.
What about the dark marks from waxing, tweezing and shaving?
Dark marks are a separate problem from the hair, and I treat them separately. Stopping the plucking, waxing and threading gives the skin a chance to recover.
