Eva's Professional Advice
One of the biggest mistakes I see is people trying to scrub acne away.
Acne is not caused by dirty skin. Aggressive scrubbing and harsh cleansers often damage the skin barrier, causing more irritation and inflammation.
The goal is to cleanse thoroughly without stripping the skin. Healthy skin heals better. Calm skin responds better to treatment.
Why Cleansing Is So Important
Many people focus on treating acne but forget that every successful treatment begins with properly cleansing the skin.
Excess oil, makeup, sunscreen, pollution, sweat, and dead skin cells accumulate throughout the day. If they remain on the skin, they can contribute to clogged pores and interfere with the products that follow.
Healthy skin begins with proper cleansing.
When Should I Choose This Cleanser?
