A balancing toner for oily, congested, or acne-prone skin, formulated to refine without over-drying.
This is the step I recommend right after cleansing, for skin that tends to hold onto residue and imbalance even after a good wash. It helps control oil and congestion without stripping the skin the way a lot of acne toners do — over-drying skin just makes it produce more oil, which is the opposite of what you actually want.
