Eva Taub Academy Course License Agreement
By enrolling in or accessing the course, you agree to these license terms.
When you enroll in the Eva Taub Academy, you are granted one personal, non-transferable license to access and view the course for your own individual education. This license does not transfer any ownership of the course content to you. Course access is provided for one year from the date of enrollment unless otherwise stated in writing.
What You May Do
- Watch, read, and complete the course for your own personal professional education.
- Use the knowledge and techniques you learn in your own professional practice.
- Download and use any resources explicitly marked as downloadable within the course for your own reference.
What You May Not Do
Without Eva Taub’s prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, print, download, or screen-record course videos, lessons, or materials beyond what is explicitly provided as downloadable
- Share, resell, sublicense, or give your login access to any other person
- Post, upload, or distribute any course content on any other website, platform, or service
- Use course content or materials to teach, train, or create a competing course or curriculum
- Claim course content as your own original work
Certificates of Completion
A Certificate of Completion is issued only to the individual who personally enrolled in and completed the course, and may not be transferred, reissued in another name, or used to represent that someone else completed the course.
Enforcement
Violating this license agreement may result in immediate termination of your course access without refund, in addition to any other legal remedies available to Eva Taub.
